I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Yuzawa with a private indoor and outdoor onsen. The room was spacious and luxurious, and the amenities provided were top-notch, including products from Ferragamo and La Mer. The hotel's proximity to ski resorts made it convenient for exploring the area, and the shuttle service was a nice touch. The staff were amazing and made me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. The welcome cake and drink upon arrival were a lovely touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Yuzawa.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a VIP. They warmly welcomed me with a delicious welcome cake and a drink of my choice. The check-in process was done in the dining room of my room, which added a personal touch to the experience. I want to extend a big thank you to all the staff who served me - they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. The amenities provided, such as Ferragamo and La Mer products, added an extra touch of luxury. The breakfast was also very good, and the location was convenient, as it was close to several ski resorts. Walking to the hotel from the station only took 5-10 minutes, and they even offered a shuttle service if needed. The room itself was spacious and had both a private indoor and outdoor onsen, which was a wonderful treat.
Not one thing.

The hotel is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the train station, with the option of a shuttle service. Guests are greeted warmly and made to feel like VIPs upon check-in, with a welcome cake and drink. The rooms are spacious and feature private indoor and outdoor onsen baths. The hotel also offers a delicious full-course dinner and breakfast, with a varied menu including unique dishes like fugu.
There were a few instances of impolite check-in staff, which created a slightly negative impression.

The hotel location is convenient, being close to the train station and offering shuttle service to ski resorts. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with private onsen tubs. the dinner and breakfast are served in-room and exceptionally delicious.
The noise pollution from the water feature outside the hotel is unbearable, especially if you stay on the upper floors.

We stayed at this place for a weekend getaway and we were truly impressed with the level of luxury and comfort provided. The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from the train station, and they even offer a shuttle service to pick you up and drop you off. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, making us feel like VIPs from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with a delicious welcome cake and a drink of our choice, a lovely touch that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hotel room was huge and tastefully decorated, with a private indoor and outdoor onsen that we absolutely loved. The amenities provided, including products from high-end brands like Ferragamo and La Mer, added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The breakfast served in our room was top-notch, and the hotel's proximity to several ski resorts was a major plus for us. We also appreciated the convenience of the hotel's shuttle service to various ski locations.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The only slight downside was that the dinner was a bit too much for us, and we couldn't finish all the courses that were served.

We recently stayed at a hotel for a romantic escape and had a lovely time. The ambiance of the room and the meals were the best parts of our stay. We particularly enjoyed the fact that we had our very own private outdoor Onsen where we could relax and unwind. The proximity to skiing locations was also another great benefit, and the shuttle service offered made it very convenient to get around.
The only negative aspect of our stay was the check-in experience. While most of the staff were polite and welcoming, we did encounter one staff member who was a bit impolite and was not helpful.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. The private baths were definitely the best part, as there was an indoor and outdoor option. The amenities provided, especially the toiletries, were also top-notch. Furthermore, the shuttle service to nearby ski locations was very convenient.
The waterfall noise was a huge issue. Even with the windows closed, it was really loud and made it difficult to sleep.
